Aus Merchandise - Refund and Return Policy
We are happy to refund or replace any item that has a major problem, including;
- - Faulty materials or faulty workmanship.
- - Damaged or incorrect model
- - Deemed unsafe to use
- - Has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing the item if you had known about the problem at the time of purchase
- - Is significantly different from the sample or product description
- - Does not fulfil its purpose or description
Additionally, in the event of an item being damaged during transportation to your
destination, we will refund or replace.
In the case of the item being returned, we will reply by email to you with instructions on
how to return the model to us.
Please note:
- - Any Refund will be reimbursed to your payment method.
- - 30 Day return window applies
- - You must advise us within 48hrs if you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing product.
- - You must provide proof of purchase, e.g. receipt.
We are not obligated to provide any refund or replacement if you change your mind or if
you make an incorrect purchase.
